- Customer support (you provide): content of messages you send, including any information you choose to share.
- Photos and editing inputs (you provide): photos/images you import, upload, or edit; text you add (captions/overlays).
- Location (if you allow): precise or approximate location when you grant permission.
- Automatically collected: device info (model, OS, app version, locale/time zone), usage stats, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Cookies / similar tech (where applicable): used for login and preferences; may include web beacons/pixels where permitted.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (core editing and exports).
- Personalize your experience (preferences and settings).
- Improve the Service (feature usage analysis, performance and reliability).
- Protect safety and security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging).

4) Cloud Processing and AI-Related Features (Optional)
Some advanced effects or enhancements may require optional cloud processing. If you choose to use those features, the photo(s) and any related text you provide may be transmitted to and processed on Flirtyn Team’s own servers to generate the requested output.
- Your content is processed on our servers and is not shared with any third party for that generation task.
- We do not use uploaded photos/text for advertising.
- We do not use uploaded photos/text to train third-party models.
- We delete uploaded content promptly after processing, unless you choose to save it.
- You control whether to upload and generate content; you can avoid cloud features and keep edits local where available.
If a feature can be performed fully on-device, we aim to process it locally by default. Exact behavior may vary by device capabilities and feature type.
6) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
7) Security

No security system is perfect. Please keep your credentials secure.
8) Data Retention
- Account info: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless required by law).
- Usage/analytics: up to 12 months (generally aggregated or de-identified where feasible).
- Support records: up to 6 months.
- Cloud generation uploads: deleted promptly after processing, unless you choose to save the result.
9) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent.

10) Children and Age Eligibility
Flirtyn is intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
This policy is governed by the laws of Flirtyn Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or our privacy practices will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
